We have had some great dining experiences in the last several years but I think the Singlethread experience tops them all. Every single detail from service to presentation to wine pairings was thoughtful and spot on. Everything about it was respectful of the guest’s experience and we will do our best to be as respectful in this review. There were two wine pairings offered and we chose to try one of each so there are two wines represented with each course. We got nice pictures to remember much of the evening but, being busy enjoying it, we missed a few things.
MID SPRING IN SONOMA
A gorgeous presentation with which to begin the meal. Each small bite seated on a vessel that augments its construction. A closer look at some of the dishes:
